About Ays

Hi! I am a 25 years old gastronomy enthusiast based in Istanbul.

I was born into a culture that is full of amazing food and I appreciate it, that is why I love sharing my food experiences with other people.

I was graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul in the year 2018 and I have been cooking professionally ever since. I love cooking, eating, and learning about different cuisines.

In the last 3 years, I have been working as a freelance tour guide and hosting private culinary tours and cooking workshops.

I am specialized in French cuisine but I had to chance to experience different cuisines in my previous workplaces. I like to think of myself as an adventurer when it comes to food. I like tasting different, strange food and combine those flavors with Turkish ingredients.
